SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

Retail orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Customised orders will be sent via courier as per the ETA advised in your email.

Australia Post delays do happen from time to time, we unfortunately cannot control this and are not responsible for their delays. Please get in contact if you did not receive your order within 10 days and we will chase it up for you.

AUSTRALIA

Orders shipped within Australia include free shipping over $60 with 5-7 day Standard Post with tracking. 

If you require Express Post, let us know!

We can offer click & collect via appointment at our Pilates Studio in Scarborough QLD.

EUROPE

We offer Express Australia Post shipping with tracking.

Please note:

Any taxes, duties, and fees specific to your country will be your responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL

GSOXS is not responsible for any duties, import fees or charges associated with importing goods into your country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Contact us at hello@gsoxs.com.au if you are not happy with your order and would like an exchange, store credit or refund.   

Refund request must be received within 30 days of purchase and items must be unworn and in original packaging.

If items are faulty, please send us photos to hello@gsoxs.com.au with the details.

All postage for items returned for exchange will be at your expense and shipping of the exchanged items will be at your expense.
